Perspectiv collaborates with Copenhagen Business House on Cross-Border Talent Bridge, a program aimed at making the Øresund region more attractive to specialized talents from around the world. Mentors
- Must be connected to the Danish labor market
- Must be available to meet with their mentee 3-6 times over the 6-month program duration
- May hold some of the meetings at their workplace
Mentees
- Submit an application outlining their expectations for the program
- Prepare for meetings with their mentor
- Take responsibility for acting on the ideas and input from the meetings
Perspectiv
- Ensures the best possible match between mentor and mentee
- Provides access to effective conversation tools
- Offers continuous support throughout the program
- Invites participants to networking events
When do we start?
The first program starts in March 2025. After that, new groups will begin every three months until autumn 2027. Each program runs for six months.
